Kara is a Licensed massage therapist of True Vitality KC. She was born and raised here in KCMO which is where she graduated from the Wellspring School of Allied Health for massage therapy. Her goal with massage is to care for her clients by easing their pain and creating a peaceful environment for them to relax in. Today the world is a fast-paced, stressful environment to live in, which is why she believes getting a good massage is more important now than ever. Besides massage therapy, she love to get cozy with some books, go hiking, eat good food, and watch her favorite Netflix shows.
